Pat McCarthy, MSW, LMSW

Pat specializes in skills to address complex stress, especially for individuals who identify as neuro-divergent. “Whether the challenges you face stem from difficulties in close relationships, from patterns that feel limiting, or from living in a society that is not designed to support and affirm you, I would be honored to work with you on your healing journey.”

Pat uses her background in Internal Family Systems, Infant Mental Health, and energy healing to help clients approach difficult situations with curiosity; identify pertinent resources; and transform how they feel and engage with others.”

“Much of my work,” she says, “involves identifying patterns of beliefs, behaviors, and feelings through dialogue and movement.”

Her social work master’s degree is from University of Michigan.
